We are Sacramento Spirits, an artisanal distillery located in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay. Our first product, Gin Sur34, is distilled in small batches, the result of a careful selection of 14 botanicals, including the distinctive mandarin criolla. Sur 34 Gin is the culmination of our passion for gin making, our love for the mystical city of Colonia del Sacramento, and our desire to create something truly unique and adventurous. Infused with a careful selection of 14 botanicals, including the distinctive mandarin criolla, Sur 34 Gin is a journey through the senses, with vibrant citrus notes of coriander, pink grapefruit, and lemon, complemented by the addition of exquisite spices such as Colombian organic cocoa, Chinese Sichuan pepper, and the comforting essence of chamomile. Classic roots of orris, angelica, and licorice, among others, add a touch of timeless elegance. Our gin embodies the spirit of Colonia, capturing the essence of this extraordinary city in every sip.

Sur 34 Gin is distilled in small batches using state-of-the-art technologies, designed for the premium and export market. As founders, both engineers, we were looking for a better way to create gin locally and focused on sustainability and innovation. We use highly efficient and environmentally friendly equipment, and we elaborate each batch with the same amount of innovation, technology, tradition, and magic. The bottle is made with recycled glass (PCR), waste-free, and is a celebration of imperfection.
