Opposite to the traditional - but also “old” designed, Copper stills, the majority of our still is made with Stainless steel, which is chemically inert. This makes both running and cleaning very easy, without the risk of contaminating our spirits.
There is little copper within our redesigned column packing, allowing us to refine our alcohol and achieve some of its purists levels.
Also designed for reduced energy consumption and carbon footprint.
